An Night out with Miss Rosie’s Quilt Company

Freckles Quilt Shop put on a dinner and trunk show featuring designer Carrie Nelson of Miss Rosie’s Quilt Company.

It was a nice dinner and fun company.  Carrie Nelson is wonderful speaker and so funny to listen to.  Her stories are wonderful especially when she shares stories about her fun dog Miss Rosie.  Her patterns are so much fun and have such wonderful names and stories behind them.

It seems my labels didn’t quite work so from top left to right…

1. Too Loose 2. Crack Pots 3. Too Loose 4. Sorry I can’t remember the title of this one.

5. X Rated 6. McGuffey 7. X Rated 8. McGuffey

9. Hot Cross 10. Imagine 11. Sunday Best 12. Round About

13. Winter White 14. Jacks 15. Domino

Here are a sample of some of her patterns.  Image 86 doesn’t seem to be showing up in the gallery, but if you click on it, it will open up and can be viewed.

It was so nice to see the quilts and the work in them.  The quilting that was on them was incredible.

If you haven’t tried a Miss Rosie pattern, I would.  They are a lot of fun and the instructions are fun to read too.

She was amazingly nice and I was floored by the craft man ship of each of them. May I say, I love your blog. Thank you so much for stopping by on mine, it is a treat for me. I keep watching your year of the Schnibbles and am amazed at all the neat fabric combinations people try.
