Cascade Quilt Workshop

Rachel over at PS I Quilt   had an offer back in December for a Build A Quilt Workshop on Flickr.  It is a private class where you had a private Flickr group which gave us the directions and help if we needed it.  It also gave us a chance to chat with one and another.  Asking question, sharing pictures of what we are using and how things are turning out.

It was an interesting format.  I didn’t take advantage of it as much as I should have, simply due to being as busy as I was and not having time to check on things.

I picked some outrageous colors for this quilt and they all came from a late night block designing session.  I had colored this one quilt block with these bright colors and I loved how it turned out, so I decided to use them for this.

I used white, lime green, red, purple, and a teal.  I love how it turned out.  Now to decide how to quilt this.

Thanks for the nice compliment. Some of the ladies at the store looked at me like I had a third head when I grabbed these colors. But I love them.
